Bett2020 100
In this series I will be writing about my experiences of Bett2020 – products, impressions – in vignettes of exactly 100 words. Why 100 words? Because I wanted to see whether or not it was possible. I will try where appropriate to provide links to further information.
I'm evaluating this software very much as a layman. Therefore regard this post as intended to bring the software to your attention. If it's something which may interest you, investigate it yourself. The idea is that children copy letters. If they make a mistake, the program tells them. I was impressed by the fact that the software records what the child has done, so a teacher or parent can view the video. The program is aligned to the National Curriculum. Teachers can import lesson plans or use the ones provided, and there's a parental login too. Looks good to me.
