This isn’t a full review because I’ve only just started reading this book. I’m reviewing it for Teach Secondary magazine. My first impressions are as follows:
It contains useful information about how the brain works, and how to keep it working as efficiently as possible.
I like the fact that it includes relatively recently-acknowledged attributes of the brain, such as neuroplasticity.
It’s well organised, with ideas to put into practice, and a chapter summary, at the end of chapters.
It’s quite readable.
Look out for a full review soon.
