With media literacy weeks coming up in Australia, Canada, the USA and globally (via UNESCO), I thought a focus on fake news in my next newsletter would not come amiss.
The forthcoming edition of Digital Education contains around 20 links to some great resources you can use even when it is not media literacy week! For example, how can you tell if a video on a website is faked? How can you tell if a news outlet is being economical with the truth via misleading headlines?
There are also links to other useful resources, such as research, teaching coding and great websites for researching by kids.
The newsletter is free, just sign up here: Digital Education.
